Steve Angeli faced a pretty good defense in the Sun Bowl (despite the half dozen opt-outs) , and that was without most of the WR corps, the 1st string TE, the 1st string RB, as well as without our two starting tackles.
He did a fine job, and looked very polished standing in the pocket. He showed patience and read the receiver routes very well, while using the entire field. The way he called the pass protection audibles was pretty good.
If he can do that in a bowl game against a decent team, then I'm pretty sure he'd do just fine after a spring and fall camp as well.
