By the time I get to the third day I'm not longer hungry like the initial 24 hours. The remaining days are easy. As a wrestler I fasted and limited my intake of food quite regularly, so doing this is nothing new. I believe people should start with intermittent fasting (IF) and work up to longer intervals without food. Additionally, getting into the right mindset is important and understanding why you're choosing to engage in this process. Motivation can be highly personal and powerful in terms of success.
