If this goes down the NY judgement may be irrelevant.

And if the AG seizes his NY properties and liquidates them in today's distressed commercial real estate market this will only cripple NYC even more.

Instead of Lawfare, the Dems should have eased Joe out the door and chosen a respectable more moderate candidate and crushed Trump in the general.

But NOOOOOO!

They are also plagued by too many internal conflicts.
