They are complying with the EO. Some of our customers are and some aren't. Among the ones who are there is a wide variation in how they are applying it. e.g. some are only requiring it if you are onsite. They are also requiring their vendors to be vaccinated.
I'm curious how many of our employees will actually provide their status and proof (which will be uploaded to "the database").
I don't see how this doesn't violate HIPPA and other privacy rights. For me, I'm undecided on what I will do. I'm guessing a lot of people are just going to tell the company to fuck off. I'm leaning that way.
