to be an excellent use of propaganda to expand the democratic voting base. If registering to vote/voting gave me a crack at say - a free parcel of land - in a manner similar to what was done to quickly expand "the settlement of the West" in the 19th century, I might be tempted to get off my ass and vote. Of course things like this can quickly result in backlash.
However, now that we are in the age of Drumph, lies can be promoted and then quickly discarded with little or no consequence. On the surface, it's seems to be an outlandish proposal by the Dems but I could easily see Trump using a similar tactic.
If I were Donald, I'd tell all the white people in the country (I'm as white as the driven snow by the way) that I was going to build a wall that would be paid for by Mexico.
