Unless, say, the attorney general asked him to press an issue with a foreign leader. Can imagine scenarios where that could happen (talking with the Swiss about tax dodgers, etc). I don't think this was a case like that.
Also wrong to involve Rudy, IMO. A private citizen has no place in this kind of situation.
That said, the transcript was not enough to get rid of him. He never mentions the aid, and he actually spent a long time talking about how useless the Europeans were with helping Ukraine...something that corroborates the excuse for withholding aid.
Trump's a slimy asshole...everyone knows that. However, impeachment is probably a waste of time and politically dangerous for both sides. Find someone who can beat him at the ballot box.
