He does appear to have lied about his office's contact with the whistleblower. You are right there.
#1 is not a lie, since - unless you have relied on the Fox coverage of the Mueller Report - there was collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russians.
I don't think we can call #2 a lie based on what we really know about the FISA application - zero - and since I don't know what he actually said.
And #4 is not a lie, no matter how many times the President tweets about it. He was not pretending to quote the president. I have heard it - it was a summary, a review - and he never claimed to be a transcript. This one is preposterous nonsense, 100% manufactured for his base.
EDIT: And PB was talking about today. I was waiting for his review of today's lies. I think I will be waiting a long time.
