Steam them til they are just cooked but still firm then toss 'em in this concoction:
1/2 stick of real butter melted
1 TBSP Lime Juice
1 TSP Ground Ginger
1 TSP Garlic Powder
Ground Himalayan Pink Salt & Black Pepper to finish
My kids ask for seconds on carrots when dad makes 'em.
Side note: seemingly everyone overcooks and under seasons/spices vegetables. Even high end restaurants are guilty of this at times.
