ND's class isn't closed to additional 2019 recruits. ND is, last I heard, still the favorite to land Foskey. And, last I heard, ND was still in on Asa Turner. That said, ND has 21 expected commits and there isn't a lot of wiggle room given the overall numbers. So don't expect a landslide of new commits for the 2019 class. Also, recruiting is based on established relationships, so kids jumping ship from a program due to something like a coaching change aren't going to just go back to square one. They'll fall back on the teams that were heavily in on them before they picked, say, OSU. ND's largely unexpected 2018 success is more likely to yield benefits down the road. It's just the nature of the recruiting game.
