Right now, millions of potential admits and their parents are looking at tuition, housing, and meal plan prices, loan rates and terms, and saying WTF, we can't afford this. It's not a coincidence that JS just came out with this announcement. Admins are looking at some horrible numbers, especially for their dorm/meal plan profit centers, and realize it's hella cheaper to go online. This is especially true if the uni doesn't do deep discounts for online classes.
We're gonna see the consequences of all the debt for campus construction. Not just at ND, but across the country. Football is going to be the least of their problems...
