Rees can stay at ND, take a better OC job like Alabama or

Jump to something in the NFL or take a lower school HC job. Right now. If u were advising him how to proceed, wouldn’t alabama seem like a good 1 to 2 year place if u were looking ahead?

Having coaches poached for better jobs is a complement. Whether u guys think that OC at Alabama is better than at ND is up to you. If I wanted to be in college as a OC Alabama is a good chance ti work under a great coach. And maybe Tommy realizes he has maxed out at ND. Or maybe freeman has supported the idea and endorsed it for Tommy’s development knowing freeman may want a more experienced OC. None of which we will ever know.
More power to Reese if he gets it, I don’t think Saban is haphazardly giving hime the job and we might find a great OC as a replacement.
