Given that Ukraine has the clear momentum in the war, and given that Putin is the player backed into a corner looking for leverage, does it make sense that US black ops conducted the sabotage to punish our NATO Allies (“for not ponying up enough quid in war effort”) or does it make more sense that Putin seeks leverage playing from a weak hand?
