piece of intelligence that unquestionably asserts observations and comments from certain individuals are statements of absolute fact...instead of what they were...i.e. "Raw Intelligence" from trusted sources that calls for further investigation...and with the passage of time was found to be supportive of the notion that some degree of collaboration existed between the Trump campaign and Russia. It does not matter whether or not a "Pee-Pee" tape exists, or that every 'Observation' actually came to pass...what matters from the Dossier is that Russia was interfering with a U.S. presidential election and that members of the Trump campaign were aware of those efforts and did nothing to report them...much less stop them...in fact, as Don Jr. told his Russian friend..."I love it", if the dirt on Hillary could be available before the election...and again, the Senate Intelligence Committee found clear Russian ties to the Trump campaign..

As we noted, our interest is in assessing the Steele dossier as a raw intelligence document, not a finished piece of analysis. The Mueller investigation has clearly produced public records that confirm pieces of the dossier. And even where the details are not exact, the general thrust of Steeleās reporting seems credible in light of what we now know about extensive contacts between numerous individuals associated with the Trump campaign and Russian government officials.
