being driven by disasters and intolerable chaos in their home countries (e.g. Haiti, Venezuela, El Salvador, etc.)...yet those people are being interdicted at the border and processed according to established U.S. laws and quotas.
An unknown number of immigrants have eluded arrest, but those occurrences have always existed in every administration (see earlier comment regarding the number of 'Semi' trailers crossing into the U.S. each day)...and more walls are not the answer...even the GOP would not pass legislation to fund Trump's 'Wall'.
We need comprehensive bi-partisan legislation which so far the GOP has been unwilling to even debate.
