elsewhere...as far as teaching kids, it is done in an 'Age Appropriate' manner...and a guiding principle is to teach the kids BEFORE they get to the next steps in their development, so that they are prepared as opposed to surprised by the changes. "Sexuality" is not all about intercourse...it involves such concepts as "Relationships"...and "Respect" for others which when learned properly helps a great deal when teaching pubescent and adolescents about what's appropriate...if they've been educated well beforehand it can work wonders, like in the Netherlands and Sweden.

Too many people are so paralyzed by the very topic that NOTHING gets done to prepare our young people for what EVERYONE goes through...as a result, the U.S. has unnecessarily high rates of teen pregnancies and STDs as opposed to many European countries...
