frustration on the part of Black Americans...people who are continually frustrated in their efforts to be treated fairly many times, and unsurprisingly, turn violent...witness the history of my own ancestors in Ireland when constantly treated with distain by successive British governments.
While in theory, reparations make total sense, as a practical matter they are nearly impossible to implement...and more importantly, they do nothing to change the minds of those who most likely will continue to treat others unfairly.
