Poached Eggs Florentine with garlic cooked spinach in olive oil, atop a toasted, buttered English muffin, prosciutto and 3-minute poached eggs, topped with Hollandaise sauce.
This was made at 11am.
Forced meself to fill up the wheelbarrow with maple and cherry firewood to fuel the Norwegian Jotul woodstove...ya' know, a bit o' the funny for the honey.
I went down to my bedroom at 2pm and caught a Grandpa' nap...zzzzzz.
I awoke @ 3pm. full o' piss and vinegar. Now here i am, still 6' above ground.
Every day is a pissah!
