A) The claim is false. It's a process that decides. Material is flagged, and reviewed. The idea that a single person is removing books from shelves is false. We all remember Chris emoting about the Roberto Clemente book being banned, only to learn that it was simply reviewed and put back on the shelves.
B) Someone is making the decision about what kids are exposed to. We all have to decide if we leave it up to schools, or if we layer a review process on top of the schools' (individual teacher's and librarian's) decisions.
