You're avoiding the facts.
Heck, i didn't even get into HOW Biden, as a senator and later as a VP, got the records. Trump is covered by the Presidential Records Act, not Biden which is the difference in the later interview cooperation by Biden and Trump. Trump did not break the law, and is not subject to what Biden should be.
(along with the fact that Smith is a hostile interviewer with a political agenda).
