his State of the Union speech...here it is...without ANY semblance of "dementia"...clearly the GOP is pushing that unwarranted talking point...and Rupert Murdoch...owner of the WSJ...is only too happy to support it...it's how he makes his money. btw, for those interested in fixing our border problems, go to the 0:40:40 mark and watch that 'demented President' handle the hecklers.
