I wouldn’t be surprised by that number, but it does not in anyway refute that Joe Biden has progressive dementia.

Still, it has the flavor of a MSM spin response using fallacy to quell the loyal liberals. So, please provide the study (which I am sure that you have never read because you wouldn’t understand it), and then let’s discuss how it would refute that Biden had dementia.
