He may or may not have it, or the onset of it,...but to prove it you'd need health records and tests that he is avoiding anyway. You won't have the means to prove it...by design.

However, a responsible nation, aided by a responsible party, would have had Joe Biden stand down long ago. He is looking stage right or left for people to tell him what to do and what he can or can't say and whom he can speak with. This is not a capable President...not by a long shot.

Regardless of what he has, at soon-to-be 82, he is already diminished to a point that he cannot handle the rigors of the job. It is apparent...it is sad...and it is dangerous.

He should stand down for November, but the unelected people governing through him ("threat to democracy" anyone?) are enjoying their power and their input into fundamentally changing America. There is no way that this man can effectively carry out the duties of the Office of the Presidency from age 82-86. He can't do it now at 81.

The crazy part of all this is that if BIden had stepped away...the party would have had a candidate that would have easily disposed of Trump.
