All citizens need to understand the limits placed on govt by the Constitution.

It isn't a true democracy in the sense that the elected, and especially at the Federal level, have limited powers authorized to them by the Constitution. Likewise limits placed by state constitutions. Elections are democratic, but the power of the elected is limited.

Whether those in the video understand the significance of a Constitutional Republic and limits placed on the Federal Government vis-a-vis citizens and states is another story, but CNN blasting them suggests that CNN either has no idea, or wants to convey the notion that power of elected officials is absolute. It's not.


Imposing corporate abuse, neglect and greed on deserving victims.
