Bottom Line...there was enough evidence beforehand to deploy troops in advance of the rally to make sure nothing got out of hand...didn't happen...take a guess as to why.

btw, who needs a rally when the issue of who won the election has already been decided in spite of 60+ appeals being rejected (including at the Supreme Court)?
