has lost the ability to be the dominant escalatory power in the Middle East on a conventional level.

Israel has zero ability to wage a war inside Iran. And from now on, the illusion that the Iron Dome can protect it has disappeared. It will always be subject to a barrage of Iranian and Hezbollah rockets at any time that can overwhelm the Iron Dome, even when we are active in the defense.
