Biden hasn't been president for 3 years, assuming he ever was. Harris is showing in her interviews that she has absolutely no idea what the puppet masters have been doing, and is shocked that journalists ask her questions as if she will ever have to make a decision as president. Biden/Harris are our versions of Medvedev...place holders for those times when Putin/Obama are barred from holding office.
