What did you think was going to happen when you turned over control of the party to women, and some men, who are like this? You're all trying to come to terms with the fact that dudes aren't joining you. They're actually fleeing. Dudes of multiple colors, and it's clear that your leaders haven't the foggiest what to do, so they go with what they know: Dramatics and scolding. The faces of the party are the women you hope you don't end up married to and the men you don't want as friends. I wish you luck.
