btw, Operation "Warp Speed" was just a procurement bill to put Fauci's and Moderna's mRNA-1273 vaccine into to mass production...without Dr. Fauci's understanding of mRNA technology, and long association with Moderna, plus his skills in navigating NIH's labyrinth of procedures for drug approval, it would have taken much longer to get those life saving vaccine shots in people's arms.
