He had 4 different times where it was shockingly discovered he had top secret documents after previously being caught with them. Each time he was asked if that was all of the records in his possession. Each time, he lied and said yes.
He also ripped into Trump for the same issue before it was ever revealed that he himself also had documents squirreled away. Thus he lied 4 times about it.
