The ability to turn a local illegal immigration problem in border states into a national problem by bussing illegal immigrants to major sanctuary cities in order to expose the issue was brilliant. Once large numbers of illegal immigrants arrived at these sanctuary cities they robbed from Peter to pay Paul by using resources designated for inner city communities to support the Illegals, this did not sit well with the Democratic voters in these urban areas and vote reflected it.
