Futher point: The government does not have rights; it only has enumerated powers.

The Constitution grants no rights. It tries to protect rights of the people. It grants powers to the government. You mislead when you say the Constitution give the government a "right." The government doesn't have the right to impose taxes; it has the power to impose taxes. Very different things.

Your party has demonstrated its disregard for the law. They even just admitted it on camera in Pennsylvania. Do you condemn them? Of course you don't, because you crave power for your party at any cost. People have noticed, and that is why Trump won.

Evil preaches tolerance until it is dominant, then it tries to silence good.
