to assume that there is some validity to those venmo records. If it is real, he can't be the choice....whether he was set up or not doesn't matter. There is no excuse for the activity if it happened.
If it didn't happen and he isn't fighting it, then he is not tough enough to clean out the dirtiest of all departments in Washington DC.
