One would think they must be. Surely, we wouldn't let UKR target some Russian grade school with our weapons. There clearly must be some heavy oversight of the whole process. Does anyone have a problem with a lame duck administration making this kind of escalation?
I am old enough to remember Nancy Pelosi fulminating about taking nuclear codes away from Trump in 2020. Biden can't even tell you what day it is, but we are trusting his administration with these decisions after they decisively lost an election?
