didn't realize that the general public saw through the sham and was disgusted by it.

If this was an actual crime, the why is Merchan now finally, after the election, allowing a motion for dismissal when he never did before?
The SCOTUS blew this case apart in July.
The answer is now very clear to ALL. It was purely a political witch hunt by a fascist (yes the term they call others Rule #1) administration.
