I've never heard of these "conspiracy theories" you are talking about. But, we know your Dems weaponized FEMA. So post about nonsense that has zero traction to distract from proven evil acts by your party. So frickin' weird that you think this is a good post.

When the GOP elects Congressmen who think islands can tip over, then we'll know they are as stupid as your party.
