The bank was represented, accepted the valuation, and was paid in full, never sued. A victim?

I know that they argued the bank was harmed, but they would not have made those arguments if they weren't looking for a reason to prosecute Trump. That is the perception outside of the TDS bubble, which is one reason by Trump won. If you have evidence that the bank was pursuing this before the government started pursuing this, I'm willing to listen.
