Fucking your brother's widow with the kids down the hall, filming the acts, uploading them to Pornhub, and getting her hooked on crack...those are the actions of a profoundly evil individual. You can't blame the drugs for that kind of filthy behavior. Probably would have done him some good to send him to prison.
