but lives his life with the principles he learned as a Marine with a sense of humbleness and quiet respect. He never once bragged about his service and holds firmly to his beliefs saying he would go through all this bullshit (my word not his) because he knew the people on that subway were in danger. His parents raised a hell of a kid. He never wanted to be in that position but he was and would react the same way if he had to do it again. He might be the bravest, most humble hero that I have ever seen. He doesn't want to be a hero but he can't help himself, he is.
