of falsifying financial records on 34 counts...including him signing each and every check to Michael Cohen for reimbursement of the Hush Money agreed to with Stormy Daniels...stems from the same criminal act that sent Cohen to prison. As noted by former Attorney for the SDNY, Geoffrey Berman, in his book "Holding The Line", it was Trump himself who had his Attorney General require the SDNY to strike all references to "Individual-1" from the original charging document...and it was known by all that "Individual-1" was Donald Trump...the only one who would benefit from keeping Stormy Daniels quiet...given his impending election day. Therefore, the prosecution of the one who created the criminal act in the first place (Trump) by NY authorities is fully justified...and all Americans need to know the true character of the man who is soon to be President...i.e. an unrepentant Felon.
