Global Nuclear Fuel to design, mfg and deliver fuel assemblies? BTW, I'm in favor of nuclear power but it seems to me that even if the industry plans are stood up tomorrow that oil will be neccessary if for no other reason than to fill the gap unless we stop shutting down coal fired plants.
