The concrete subcontractor - specifically hired by the oversight contractor because of DEI requirements in the Obama contract - incurred added expenses when the overseeing engineering contracting firm said that their work was not safe and had to be fixed.
When the Obama Foundation was told that the huge budget overrun was due to incompetent work by the concrete and rebar subcontractor, they refused to pay beyond the agreed price.
The DEI-hired company then chose to sue the supervising contractor claiming racial discrimination.

Btw, I think that monstrosity is a good reminder of Obama.
