I would cut everything. That makes me a non-partisan. You only jumped to USAID's defense because Trump attacked it. That makes you a partisan. You wouldn't be posting on this topic otherwise. You aren't a big fan of USAID. You just hate Trump. Your motives are fairly obvious. I was just making light of them by asking whether you were a fan of USAID.
