I would have thought that D’s would have initial success with every judge they initially chose since they are choosing the judge based on that person being sympathetic to their cause. Appeals of all eventually leading to one case that the SCOTUS takes to answer them all.

R’s want to trim govt fat while Dems defend wasteful bureaucracy- a winning message for voters, eh conor?

Well, not only am I confident that a POTUS has the legal right to protect American citizens from waste and graft, and that he can trim fat from his own govt, but I am also interested in what shenanigans you have been up to in the legendarily corrupt Dept of Labor. This ruling was a real kick in the testicles/ovaries/undetermined gonads for you.
