We are now facing the use of Presidential Impoundments...let's let the lawyers and courts sort that out.

P.S. I suspect your background is technical, like mine...and as such, you need to actually prove things to others more senior, before they get implemented I'm hoping you'll apply that same ethos and skill to these political challenges as well. I also appreciate your willingness to share personal info...I really wish you well.
