There are some online tax services you can use to do that online.

The usual sites won't work (TurboTax, etc.), but some indicate they will do it for a fee, which sounds like it would be worth it for $2K in overpaid taxes. Just hit Google and the snippets pop right up.

You can also just go to the IRS website and get a 1040-X form and send it in.
