And Trump has become his media intoxicated puppet.

It is not inconsistent to want to see the bureaucracy and wasteful spending brought under control AND to worry about the ultimate consequences of heartless zero based budgeting.

When this adversely impacts too many people... the tide will turn and Trump will suffer the consequences.
