Operation Noble Anvil.
It was not authorized by the UN Security Council. So it violated UN charter. NATO's charter restricts the use of force to a NATO member who is attacked. But Operation Noble Anvil attacked a country who didn't attack any nato member. The operation violated NATO charter.

Operation Unified Protector.
It was executed in an illegal way, since the UN resolution allowed only the enforcement of a no-flight zone for the Libyan Air Force. But NATO went beyond that mandate, attacking the Libyan army, yes, you hear it right, a sovereign nation's army. NATO acted as the Air Force of the Rebel group in a country's Civil War. This country is even not a European country.
