This is not the way to improve government performance...and I'm sure that no one on this forum would

put up with it if it happened to them. Like in any government, these workers are part of systems that deliver needed services to all citizens...and there are established ways of ensuring that those systems operate efficiently...as demonstrated by the Clinton Administration which cut expenses and delivered a budget surplus by working hard for many months to gain consensus among ALL parties, thus producing a 99 to 1 approval in the Senate on a final bill. What's going on now is pure chaos, meant to justify more wealth for corporations and the wealthiest Americans from Deficit inflating tax breaks...ASAP, so that a rigorous and time consuming review won't stop them.
