"It’s true that, under the Immigration and Nationality Act, any foreigner who 'endorses or espouses' terrorist activity is considered inadmissible to the United States." The fact it's "rarely enforced" is irrelevant, as we saw with the prosecutions of Donald Trump.

However, to be consistent, just as I opposed the Obama Administration spying on and investigating reporters, the Biden Administration for pressuring private businesses for the content of their speech - equal threats to the 1st Amendment which lefties generally didn't care about - I will also oppose this action.
