Ukraine is our friend. The article reflects the US genuine and skilled efforts to assist Ukraine who needed our assistance and expertise, which received bipartisan support from senators and members of congress well versed on Russia and Putin.

We don't turn our backs on our friends, especially when doing so rewards Putin.
